You couldnt make it up. Countries enforcing race or gender diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) policies will now be at risk of the Trump administration deeming them as infringing on human rights.

Let’s hope a class action for social murder is taken out against Johnson & others. It’s a concept used to describe an unnatural death that is believed to occur due to social, political, or economic oppression, instead of direct violence.

An interesting NHS case re misconduct. The delay in raising misconduct concerns with an employee may make a dismissal unfair if the delay prevents them from properly defending themselves.
