#MaterialMaker 1.4 (#GodotEngine based PBR material authoring and 3D model texturing tool) is now available on @itchio .
It is based on Godot 4, had a huge UI redesign and has quite a few new nodes.

Substance Designer and Instamat are powerful, sure.

But make sure to check out Material Maker, it's open source and very intuitive. It has become my go-to for making quick, configurable materials.

Everything here is made entirely in Material Maker 1.4.

Believe it or not, but I learned a little bit of Unreal Engine last week.
As you probably know, my gamedev team will continue Little Shadow, the game we created for #GodotWildJam 82. And I started trying to port the base mechanics to Unreal.

I remade the curtains from the Sponza test scene using #MaterialMaker 1.4
I even made one with a custom color using a shader
In Godot, my remade Sponza scene with all four curtains The custom one in purple, the blue, the red and the green All four albedos Red Green Blue and a Gray version for the custom color The Material Maker graph It's a bit messy towards the end
