What is it with blowing up boats anyway? That's not how the drugs get into the States. They come from Mexico in vehicles. So maybe Hegseth should start blowing up narco-terrorist semi-trailers and drug mule mini-vans, and hitting them twice to leave no witnesses and incinerate the evidence.
