Wonderful news!! “Twice Cursed” my Sleeping Beauty retelling is coming out this winter! Thank you to Creative Saskatchewan and Pete’s Press for being the best support system. DM me if you’d like to be on the pre-order list :) #booksky💙📚 #bookworm
Despite the snow, there’s a lot to be thankful for this Thanksgiving weekend.

Thank you to friends, family, fellow book lovers, & creators who I’ve had the pleasure of spending this past year with.

Not gonna lie though, I’m most thankful I don’t have to leave the house & Cali had a sleepover.
What a lovely day to go for a drive! Fall days in SK are my favourite, especially if I’m going to Wynyard. I dropped off the new edition of “In A Cottage We Once Knew,” bought some treats, & came home to find my African violet blossoming for the 2nd time this year! 💜
I’ll be there too! Come in costume, it’s never too late for Halloween fun.
Our Black Cat Book Sale is back for another year! Stop by Pause Coffee on Nov 1st for some "Halloween-adjacent" fun. We're bringing our full cat-alogue of books, which pair excellently with great coffee! #booksky #yqr
Poster for our Black Cat Book Sale on November 1st at Pause Coffee. On a spooky grey background, a cartoon black cat with yellow eyes peeks over a wooden sign with the event details scrawled on it in a white font.
Happy seventh anniversary, Brett 💜 So glad we were able to have a special lunch yesterday to celebrate. Even though our family looks a little different since this photo was taken, I wouldn't change anything about our life together 💗 Here's to many more years together on our little patch of heaven!

Ready to go at Coles in the Northgate Mall! Fall is the perfect time to stock up on new books to curl up with, and my “Ever After Tales Collection” make for cozy reads. I’ll be here until 3pm 💜

Got plans Saturday? Of course you do! You’re going to come say hi to me at Coles in the Northgate as I sign my new edition of “In A Cottage We Once Knew” 😉

I’ll be there 11-3 with copies of my other books as well! Can’t wait to see you 🥰
I took a drive out east yesterday to replenish stock in a few places & of course came home with some goodies!

The Gallery and Coffee House, Field & Flower & Court’s Book Nook have more of my books, so stop by there & support local small business! They are what make Sask. a great place to live 💜
I’m saying this as someone who really enjoyed ToG and read all of ACOTAR (so far), but hasn’t read Crescent City.
As someone who works in a store that stocks LOTS of her books, she’s a good gateway author to get readers into fantasy/romantasy specifically. But I agree with Annabel that there are authors who offer less hetero-centric and mainly white stories that are better written.
This picture showed up in my memories on Facebook, which was quite fitting as we had to unexpected say goodbye to our gentle giant Sam (left) last night. His health took a sudden turn & we had to make the decision to let him join his sister across the rainbow bridge. The house feels so empty now 🐾💜
It’s weird to only have one dog to celebrate on International Dog Day, but Sam is enjoying life as an only dog. He’s in “retirement mode” as we like to call it — no responsibilities or anyone to supervise, just all the naps and pets. He’s certainly not complaining!

Excited! We recently switched our book printing to Rapido Books in Montreal-keeping it Canadian.
Here's @robyndansereau.bsky.social's In a Cottage We Once Knew & @annabelt.bsky.social's Books and the City. They look so good!
Both are available on our website Http://Petes-press.square.site #booksky
In a Cottage We Once Knew by Robyn Tocker pictures with an apple ornament Annabel Townsend's Books and the City, with one copy open at the About the Author page with an illustration of Annabel walking along a snowy street.
They’re here and wow are they pretty 😍 If you preordered a copy of the second edition of “In A Cottage We Once Knew” I’ve reached out to you about meeting up to get your copy!

Thank you as always to my readers who make it possible for me to keep putting out books 💜 #booksky📚💙
Well this just made my night. I had no idea there was an Aetherbound sequel — now to acquire it IMMEDIATELY 😍

Piles of books to read, a manuscript to edit, a manuscript to draft, and yet all I want to do is drink tea from my spooky Care Bears mug and paint 🎃

P.S. I’ll be able to share some exciting book-related news soon, but until then stay spooky book lovers 💜

This photo doesn’t do justice to how HUGE these ravens (maybe crows??) were on our acreage, but it’s better than nothing 😅 I need to start carrying my DSR camera around with the long lens!! #birdlover #birder #birdsofbluesky
I can’t wait to bring these books to upcoming festival booths! They’re so pretty in person 😍 #booksky📚💙 #localauthor
Excited!! @robyndansereau.bsky.social 's 'In A Cottage We Once Knew" comes out early August!
Pre order here: petes-press.square.site/product/pre-...
Beautiful cover of Robyn Tocker's In A Cottage We Once Knew. Deep red cover with picturesque wooden cottage and apple motif. Pictured on a red quilt with white roses.
I love how you adopted out kittens and acquired more ferrets, seems balanced 😂❤️
Not the best snapshot of my book haul from the Big Book Sale, but I’m quite happy with what I found! Can’t wait to get reading ❤️ #booksky📚💙

❤️❤️❤️ I’m sure he’ll be okay!
Oh yeah, nothing touched down here (at least not that I’m aware of)! Still keeping an eye out just in case things change but I’m pretty sure we’ll be okay.
