“ When I face the desolate impossibility of writing five hundred pages a sick sense of failure falls on me and I know I can never do it. This happens every time. Then gradually I write one page and then another.”

Steinbeck said that, and it makes me feel better about my own writing process.

Does anyone in here know if a well kept first generation (ZJ) Grand Cherokee in or near Orange County? Working on a story about the og Grand and would love to have photos of one, other than the adverts and what not. #weirdcarbs #radwood #jeep

Sure the Porsche Macan is faster and offers an array of luxury features but my Jeep Cherokee has more cargo space and definitely wins in the looks department.

Every time a vehicle built before emissions controls drives by, I’m forever thankful for things like catalytic converters, EVAP and PCV. Sure, the scent of pre smog exhaust has its moments, because of nostalgia and all that. But imagine if every car in the road was like that? Fuck breathing I guess.

Look at this little dude. Complete with a 5.7 v8 and 4wd. It’s weird seeing a Tundra that isn’t a quad or crew cab these days.

Has anyone else noticed that every company that’s owned Jeep has slowly crashed and burned? Except Mercedes of course but I think they skirted the disaster because they didn’t acquire Jeep they just merged with Chrysler.

So I did some writing. Something different from my usual ramblings. Give it a read, I normally hate what I write but I kind of like this one.
