real multitasking is more exhausting than most things. I used to be able to just focus on my one task I was on but now with ai agents doing most of the work, I'm more like a manager running 2-3 teams. it's wild how much i'm creating though.

finally getting quality notifications integrated. you'll find out when your friends are using your app or beat you in a game or when someone remixes your app, etc

one thing i'm finding very challenging about designing and developing a big platform is that even with a truly amazing product person and ui/ux expert, we struggle to bring forward the actual depth of functionality we've created to the user. it's so hard to do well.

it’s really not. the architecture underneath runs actual full-stack apps and can pivot them at scale in real time.

had to spend part of the weekend debugging a publishing issue some folks hit.
bugs in my production code gets under my skin, but the surprising part is how many people had smooth publishes all week.
honestly hard to believe so far it’s all code written by just four of us. 😬
