Folks freaking out over Kristi Noem having over $3K in cash in her purse should understand that this isn't that unusual for Rich People.
It's a far cry from my uncle who used to have $5K in his pocket in the 1960s "in case he wanted to buy a car" which would be around $40K today.

A couple of things ...
First, I'm quite happy that I took the money from our investments in February to do the work planned this year.
Second, the Dow has not reached the level it was at this time last year (any minute now, though), so it's going to be a while before I panic.

So they're trying to say that they will make up the revenue from cutting taxes on Americans, by raising taxes on imported goods. Americans will be able to have lower costs as long as they don't buy imported goods.

Folks need to divest of more than Tesla stock to impact Mush. His other major holdings include X, PayPal, SpaceX, Neuralink and OpenAI. I quit X a while ago, but PayPal had been a tool for getting money to friends and family. NO MORE.

Our Southern Excursion got canceled due to the exhaust pipe breaking off the rented RV at the front end, and then Steve cutting his hand badly and needing to go to the ER. The KOA in Bowling Green KY then canceled our reservation due to flooding. We came home.

I have noticed that older women and men who weren't allowed to be their Authentic Self are some of the most determined folks when it comes to preventing other folks from doing what they couldn't do, rather than helping society change. "If I can't, no one can," is not a good motto.
