2/2 2/2 place is rented to a new tenant, the rent goes to market value. It just means that when you rent the place and your lease runs out, & goes month to month, or is renewed, your rent doesn't go from $2500/month to $5000/month. The stupid target Mamdani because...well, they're stupid.
