As a fan of strong female characters you would have loved the northern writer/creator of long running Brit soap "Coronation St" who said during a script conference peppered with homophobic remarks "Let me remind you gentlemen without a puff non of you would be in work.."

All apartments that already have government regulation have seen a total rent freeze this year.

All formerly unregulated units are also getting rent stabilization to limit landlord rent hikes.
