If you become disabled, the system will do everything in its power to try and not help you. Disabled people have been telling you this for decades. We can't just get all of our needs met. Most barely get enough to survive. The system is designed to fail us.

Reminder to have some fresh cool water out for #wildlife when it's hot #heatwave, rocks and sticks help small animals from falling in, any old container will do. Place in shade or where you see insects congregate. I've seen Rosellas, honey eaters, bees and other insects have a drink💧☀️

Still struggling with today’s heat but tomorrow will be worse, so I’m preparing:
- Turned fridge temp to “cooler”
- Put 2moro mornings coffee in the fridge (will drink cold)
- Prepped celery sticks, lettuce, boiled eggs for snacking
- 2 bottles water in freezer to use as ice packs
