It's just in this particular case I find this kind of weird gamer pushback particularly strange. For heaven's sake I have D-cup breasts and I look like that if I wear a sports bra (or bind with wraps like they did in that era).

As a doctor, the only situation I can think of is pregnancy-related. It's always important to know -for sure- that someone isn't pregnant before they get a CT of their abdomen.

But that's the only case that comes to mind.

Humorously, my last CT said "previous hysterectomy." Lol.

It's not a desire.

I don't want to be this way. In the most literal sense, as best as I can tell, I was born with a female brain in a male body.

I don't like it, and there's no amount of "desire" that will change the fact that my gender identity and sexual phenotype were incongruent.

If I had any choice in this I would've just preferred to stay as a guy and be fine with it. The problem is that I knew from childhood that I wasn't. And literally no one believed me.
