Long overdue the US finally gets serious about sanctions on Russia.

However, their effectiveness depends on them actually being enforced, not just announced.

Astronomers have discovered rings forming around a Centaur. For real: Chiron (a comet-asteroid hybrid orbiting beyond Saturn) has set of rings that seem to be changing by the year.

It scares me that the US is horny for "offensive cyber operations" against China, as if they didn't lay off almost everyone responsible for coordinating cyber defense, decided not to pay the rest, and can't even get their critical infrastructure providers to patch 20 year old vulnerabilities.
