This is the face of Iowa. One ancient hypocrite who cashes his subsidy socialist checks to pound his drum for Trump, and a another Senator who went to D.C. saying "I grew up castrating hogs on an Iowa farm so when I get to Washington, I'll know how to cut pork." I suggest she fondled not castrated.

They are airing ICE recruitment ads, the CEO has been investing in military/AI tech, they barely pay their artists; sometimes a percentage of a cent per stream, they promote “fake/AI artist” playlists, and there’s major concerns about data use.

How in the hell do you claim that 83 people are enemy combatants when there is no formal congressional declaration of war? No weapons or ordinance were used against the forces present. No heave to announcement. No warning shots were fired. Just kill them all. This is what the U.S. has become

www.nytimes.com/2025/12/04/o... The NYT continues to publish this drivel as if these are normal times. It's not like saying that Jews loaded on railroad cars are going to a reeducation resort, but it is not far off. Call for the fascist bastard's resignation every damned day...Now!

As a kid I was brought up to believe that Americans were the "good guys" for following the Geneva Convention, treatment of prisoners, rescuing enemy sailors from destroyed vessels at sea and so on. Trump and his drunken pig Hegseth and his Department of War certainly exploded that myth.

For everyone including me that has hopes for the special election today in Tennessee, brace yourself and let me remind you that Tennessee gaves us the Scopes Trial. This electorate has like Kentucky, a huge number of voters who still believe the earth is 6,000 years old.

No EXORD was sent to Congress. This is illegal

At 1.5°C of global average warming, most of the world’s tropical coral reefs are projected to undergo severe, recurrent bleaching and decline by roughly 70–90%, with only small, scattered refuges likely to persist. But did you score that new videogame on Black Friday?

www.nytimes.com/2025/12/01/u... Tennesseans are way to backward and ignorant to elect this Democratic candidate. Afterall, Marsha Blackburn is their Senator & dumb as dirt. And they are fine with the military roaming American cities. Many will take another hit of meth and pull the Republican lever.

www.nytimes.com/athletic/684... Hmm...LSU fires its coach and has to pay $53 million on his contract and then hires Mississippi's coach before he takes his team to the playoffs and he'll probably poach players from that team. So goes life in two poor, backward, American, shithole, states.
Lane Kiffin chooses himself over his team, of course, and earns permanent villain status
Kiffin could have made history at a place that lifted him up as much as the other way around. Instead, he became a coaching cliche.

Beef consumption is down at least 45% from the 70s and car emissions are down about the same in the same time. I think we have gone up about 1 billion people on the planet.
Solar, wind and water energy is what would make a real difference.

We're Americans to eat 10% less beef and drive 10% less it would mean 50 Gigatons of carbon wouldn't be sent into the atmosphere...roughly like taking 30-40 million cars off the road. But we won't do it. No chance for a nation that is now the most selfish on earth.
