they're visual artists, they are obsessed with aesthetics and works that "look cool", but they're morons when it comes to writing. lok s2 is the worst part of the entire franchise because they wrote nearly the whole thing themselves.
they were big fans of champloo, even named it as one if their inspirations in the art book and pitch bible. pretty sure momo was named after fuu's pet too since bryke said they had no idea momo meant peach and him eating a peach was just coincidence.
i think the storyboard was either zuko finding ursa on her deathbed or her grave. bryke are hacks so i wouldn't be surprised at all if they just ripped it off from samurai champloo l.
i think it's a much better ending than the canon we got. i like the idea that she was living on ember island the whole time and she might have crossed paths with her kids at some point but they never realized it was her.
you could easily tweak it: take out the mz scene, have mai and ty lee appear together at coronation plaza instead, have the gaang at the jasmine dragon but don't have mai (why is she even there?), take out the ka scene, pan to the sky with "the end", have ursa's fate revered as a post-credit scene
bruh i forget a lot of people just experience games by watching streams of them now. the story is fine but the gameplay is boring and the "romance" was forced and shallow to me.
they're arguing and they never even played either game? i played the original and didn't care for the corny romance options bc it just felt like fanservice for moids. i was mostly wondering how anyone could consider it the "greatest rpg of all time" ijbol.
yep and the lore has retcons which make it more confusing for people to determine what is "canon" or not. like calling cl/oti "childhood friends" and recharacterizing aer as this generically sweet maiden with the "innocence of a little girl". um alright lol.
lool i stay out of that ship war bc i used to have friends on opposing sides and they were rabid about it, always pulling at random details to prove how their ship was the canon one. even tho it was obvious to me that it was deliberately ambiguous to make money out of suckers.
ends up sleeping with her without saying why he's really at her place. he hands her the wedding invite the morning after while they're in bed, and babs is furious and tells him to get out. but the fandom blames babs for all of this btw bc they're insane.
just remembered the time when dick was r*ped by a woman posing as star, she blames him for it, so he proposes to prove he still loves her, and they become engaged. he goes to bab's place to hand her the wedding invite, but he hasn't seen babs in a long time so his feelings take over and he
i think starfire as a character can be good but her conception is weeeirddd. it's like how wonder woman was basically some guy's b/dsm fantasy, that's why she uses "the lasso of truth" and "bracelets of submission" as her weapons... like please... 🙄
