I once gave a Compaq 5100 to my grandpa.
It had a docking station and a 1GB harddisk in it.
Being a computer pioneer he said: "Son, how am I ever going to use all that storage?"
His favourite movie was the Wizard of Oz, it is in his honour that I use this name and logo.

I went thrifting today and scored these. #Tekken 5 and #RidgeRacer were 5 bucks a pop and the #Matchbox Battle Kings vehicles were 4. They are a little damaged though. I wonder if I can fix them.🤔

One of my all time favourite games.😍 Oh the hours we spent on the arcade cocktail table of this game. Left most of my coins in there.
Wow, this is seriously cool stuff!Congrats.👍 Can you also read old bank switching cartridges with the programmer board?
This is really awesome!👍
A new 2 megabyte #Commodore64 flash cartridge and a Raspberry Pi hat programming tool, with software running on the Raspberry Pi that can erase, write, and read the cartridge flash memory. #OpenSource

I remember being green with envy when the neighbours' boy had one of these and I "only" had a VIC-20. Still fond memories though of playing "slingshot" on it. Hours of fun.

#LastNinja Caps are now ready to be worn by you! Very high quality caps with embroidered NINJA logo: shop.system3.com/products/the...
It's actually not an XT, but a 5150.
I spotted this #IBM XT in the wild at one of my customers' meeting rooms.
Beautiful machine with two floppy drives and a tape drive.😍

Interesting.👍Where can you even get this produced?
Show me your getaway vehicle.
(OK, this one might be a bit tight).
Atari seems to make some good profit again, thanks to new backwards compatible consoles (2600+, 7800+) and their cartridge sales.
It would be insanely cool if you'd have a similar approach, or at least a kickstarter.🙏🙏🙏
I clearly don't have enough shelves for all my boxed consoles and computers.🤔

I love the C64 cartridge version and the fact that it runs on a C64GS.
You could probably make a ton of money by re-issuing cartridges for the C64.
Btw you still owe me some releases from back in the days (Vendetta, Last Ninja 3).😅
I went thrifting today.
Here are some pictures of what I *didn't* buy.
Resisting the urge to buy that little crt TV for 45 quid was particularly hard.😄
VHS tape for size comparison.

Isn't that the Italian "How can I forget those days" guy who:
•Claims to have some rights on the brand.
•Creates fake products to keep those rights.
•Sues everyone, which is really his only revenue stream.
I use Paint dot net.
It has the spirit and simplicity of paint but is way more powerful.
Plus there's a host of great plugins.
Great work.👍
Tagging @agnpaints.bsky.social on this. You guys have something in common.
I believe the term "expectation management" is appropriate for that. At least that's what I call it.😉

Happy to report, that further testing was successful on this modern hardware, the #Atari7800+.
Once I got the hang of it, the game was quite fun and addictive.

Yeah, except the Mega65 has an established fan and developer base AND it supports a variety of alternative FPGA cores.
As much as I love the Ultimate64 inside the C64U, it's missing some critical functionality to take this anywhere beyond an (excellent) C64 fpga implementation.

Well, maybe we could start a support group "Joystick collectors anonymous".😄
Don't get me started on controllers, lol.
Wow, congratulations!🥳
You really have come a long way. Great Job!👍
