I always felt like Sega tied one hand behind the Saturn's back, before shoving it out into the market. Luckily we have yesterzine to explore how things went for the Saturn via the medium of one of the big Sega Mags of the time.
It's not looking good for the Saturn, its most famous magazine is dying. There is hope though, EA have a new Strike game and finally the machine is getting the FPS legend, Doom.

Only 2 weeks to go until many of us will be in Cambridge talking about old games and the machines that ran them. For me I'll be spending most the weekend talking about one of the earliest beginnings of computer games, and you thought mainframes where all about business.

Creating a new NetwareVM has proved a little bit more tricky than initially I hoped. I wanted todo a fresh install of Netware 6.5 as I wanted to see what the last version of netware was like. However it's an awkward OS driver wise, as it support some more modern hardware, but 3rd party vendors where

Just finished my final calling gig as part of Whitby Folk Week, I am wiped out, but very happy. I've had a great set of bands I got to work with, Out of Hand, Banter, and Tenpenny bit, all putting in great performances. The fact we ended on a 48bar jib version of the NextGen theme made me v happy.
