I believe that every American should have a constitutional right to have sane and sober government representation. We should have the right to challenge via a petition, the President's competency. We should have the right to ACTUAL representation, not someone who is in it for themselves.

A President has no power to declare war, but Donald John Trump just did that by declaring blockade on Venezuela.
In international law, such a declaration is equivalent to a declaration of war.
If the GOP wants an escape, they could use that and impeach him before the weekend.
