Crawl frequency can change John, but right now, OpenAI is looking for freshness, and I can say that with certainty.

Who knows if this will be a standard? I do not have a crystal ball.

My team noticed crawls, which showed an uptick in OpenAI amongst other bots reminding the file.

FWIW it looks like your site or server setup is broken - it's showing a directory listing and linking to all files there. (Also if you link to a file, you'll automatically get crawlers to visit, but that doesn't indicate that they consider it in a special way.)

I anonymized site data, so those are incorrect URLs. You guys are crawling and rechecking it also.

It may not be considered anything, and I haven't made a claim of it being supported. We just noticed it getting crawled and recrawled.
