Hello! I'm Ravendas! I like boardgames, skirmish games, making terrain with Hirst Arts plaster pieces and occasionally painting a mini. I made my own purple hex gaming table and decorate with @hollandspiele.bsky.social games on my wall.
Had 7 of us, which made two team games a little janky, but it worked. Played Quake Live (CA, FFA), Halo Infinite, a lot of Perfect Heist 2 and a little modded 7p L4D2 which was very stupid.
Also modded 7p Peak which I didn't really like, but we didn't really play well either.

Still buzzing over the foil beta Philosopher's Stone, which tcgplayer has at like $625us. Never got a card that expensive before.
Happy belated birthday to me, cracked a pack of Sorcery and got the most expensive card.

Found a place 30min away that had the starter (four 50 card decks) for $40, and boosters for $7, so I got some for myself.
Cute game. Slowly build out a board of sites, summon creatures that move around, attack the other avatar. Lifts stuff from magic without apology. Looks really fun.

Played our first Frostgrave game and the pacing was weird. Everyone basically had to run to the middle (21" from spawn line) and then off the board. The ending to a game is 'everyone leaves the board' but like... that leaves a terrible long slog of an ending.
A little disappointed tbh.

I got a Gundam CCG deck, so I printed a neat gear deckbox. When opened, the gears raise the center up. Used some purple/black filament to make it look neat.
Like $3 of filament and 5 hours of printing for this.

Got all 30 of my Mordheim humans on round bases! Should be able to cobble a few Frostgrave warbands from these.

1.5 hours later, and like 30 cents of PETG filament and I have 25 more 25mm bases to rebase these Mordheim dudes on (to be used in Frostgrave).

Clipping some #mordheim minis off the sprue! Need to make some Frostgrave crews so my friends can try it out. Thinking of rebasing onto 25mm? 28mm? (I forget) circle bases .

Finished painting another Hexengarde #terrain building! First one that has random cloth draped on it, so I decided to add a bit of color.
