I see AI slop in anything, I instantly disregard the whole thing. It's like finding a slug in your salad. If you can't write without an LLM, or you can't source art that isn't genAI, you can't be trusted to do anything. Sorry. Absolute deal-breaker.

I don’t know if anyone else notices or cares, but when I see a presentation in which the speaker uses obviously generated-AI images to illustrate their slides, it makes me immediately less confident in whatever other content they’re presenting.

(i couldn't find a good example of Gatekeeper's best dialogue because it's all long convos but people love this guy) it's just the merchant from RE4. no dialogue needed because we all know it by heart and we all love him

I watched my friend play Wild Hearts (Koei Tecmo Monster Hunter-like) last night and it was weird to see much untranslated Japanese in it. I guess it matches the setting of the game. I don’t want to make accusations; it’s just makes me want to talk to a localized about those decisions bc I’m curious

weird people fall in love with each other all the time

I thought the message was too human to let it be diluted + overshadowed by typical online whataboutisms and wanted to redo + reclaim it with more touches of the furry fandom, esp being a furry myself. It's love. For some, the love of your life is in the corner of a boring furcon panel room -- even if they don't have the same "interests," it's care that bridges the gap.
