With Kuras, his red option was origin exclusive. IIRC you can only get it if the mc is the Unnamed: an ex-oracle with former religious practices who in-monologue sees a strange familiarity in his eyes (basing it from old demo memories though.)
Kuras is an angel so just put two and two together here.

Next we have Kuras and Leander. To get red options you need to show a degree of familiarity to them. Want to touch Leander's face? Well you can't refuse the flowers he gives you. (I think, cuz it was like that in the old demo too)

With Vere it's similar. In my playthrough that option was capped off when I said " You didn't ask first!" instead of "Can I touch it *please*?"
in response to him scolding me for trying to touch his collar. idk what my past choices as a whole built up the red choice though.

So first your choices and starting with Ais and Vere.
In both their scenes the red choices, those are earned by showing defiance to them. With Ais you can bite him in his epilogue if you cuss him out at the spring.

It seems like a no-brainer at first that the red options are these "reward points" in how you treat a character but more than that it actually builds a degree of connection to them. Action and dialogue choices alone do not change this. Even your origin does.
