Very sensible advice, it's very difficult to spot people standing at bus stops in the dark.
And in daylight, stand where you can be seen. Not behind a tree or a bus shelter or a wall.

Couple of shots from recent turns at Chinnor. Had a few as trainee second man on the bubble, 47715 and 08825 and sat my signalman’s reassessment. Got a cleaner turn coming up this weekend as well as a few turns at our upcoming steam gala! @chinnorrailway.bsky.social

It has been 9 years since I began to volunteer at Chinnor. I was 17 then, and now at 26 I’m very proud of how far I’ve gone. I’ve gained great confidence from it and even made lifelong friends from it. Wouldn’t change a bit @chinnorrailway.bsky.social
