Big fan of GODKILLER by Connie Chang. The mortal moves are a great iteration on the usual pbta structure, with paired questions answered by God and Godkiller that set up really interesting narrative developments. The writing and art are also stunning

In related news, City Hall is advising residents taking shelter from the Lawn to remain indoors and await assistance, which is absolutely on its way. Do not panic at the sight of your neighbors’ homes being subsumed by a relentless patina of perfectly manicured viridescence. They are fine and definitely not being slowly suffocated or broken down into nutrients for an unstoppable macroflora. Why are you crying? We said NOT. Does no one listen anymore?

Whatever you do, do not take matters into your hands or attempt to resolve the issue personally. The situation is well within acceptable parameters.
