I got to say, the last quarter of the year looks pretty good for entertainment. I'm off to World Fantasy Con at the end of October, I have a ticket to a Recirquel show in November, and I have 2 concert tickets for December for two of my favorite Hungarian bands. One is for a new album too!

I'VE GOT HIGH HEEL ANKLE BOOTS! Like, proper adult woman boots and you guys have no idea how fucking happy that makes me. It's a size bigger than what I normally wear but with double soles I can make it work. And a bit of other fixing, I think. Anyway. I HAVE ADULT BOOTS!!!

Ben has a younger sister, Gigi who helps him run their club, Pandamonium. I love Gigi so I make her appear when I can. They have a strong bond. Damien has a half brother he only learns about when he is an adult. They met as children though. He is an important part of the story for reasons.

Thank fuck World FantasyCon is in Brighton. I can fly directly to Gatwick and then take the train. Provided I won't get lost at Gatwick (never used that airport before). Then again, I could do without flying (especially as Wizzair fucked up their entire schedule and I'm forced to fly at 6:45 😭)

There are a few things I hate more than shopping for winter coats. Then again, finding anything in my size is a challenge at the best of times. But coats are the evil of all clothes. Even if I find something I can pretend to like and isn't outrageously big, then it still costs to get fitted.

I don't know what's with me and glasses these days. On Friday, I lost my sunglasses (thankfully, it was found). Today I left BOTH of my regular glasses at home and had to go pick them up so I can actually work 😅 Good thing I live so close to my workplace...

If I remember correctly, book 2 was supposed to be book 1 (but Mike might contradict me). Anyway. I wasn't as much into book 2 myself but I'm planning to read the whole series one of these days. Maybe next year.
