Xbox Handheld Compatibility Program starts tagging games as ‘Handheld Optimised’ in time for ROG Xbox Ally release
Xbox revealed their new 'Handheld Compatibility Program' in August ahead of the launch of the ROG Xbox Ally. The program aims to assist users to understand how games have been adjusted to perform better on their new handheld device. After a quiet period of time following the initial announcement, tags have now started appearing on titles in time for the ROG Xbox Ally and Ally X release tomorrow. Microsoft has started tagging games with its Xbox Handheld Compatibility Program. Handheld Optimized games will get a green indicator that they're good to go, while Mostly Compatible titles will be marked with a blue label and a note that some settings may need to be tweaked…
