We've had a big week this week with Thursday's Developer_Direct giving us the first in-depth look at both Forza Horizon 6 and Fable. Both titles looked pretty amazing, and promise to be highlights of 2026. We do have a while to wait for both of these though, so in the meantime, we want to know - what are you playing this weekend? Today, developer Digital Extremes took to their livestream today to announce a couple of things: namely, that the Android version of 'Warframe' finally has a set release date of 18 February over on the Google Play Store. This version of the game has been in beta testing for some time and Android users can now join in on the fun with other players across iOS, PC, and console users with full crossplay and cross-save compatibility. Pre-registrations are available over on the GPlay Storefront and do note that you will need a device with a minimum of 4GB RAM, Android 12, and a 64-bit variant of the operating system (essentially anything beyond 2020 should be good to go).

This week, developer Plot Twist announced that their narrative adventure "murder graphic novel" title 'Ashes' is launching on PC via Steam's Early Access programme in the early eaves of April. After witnessing a murder, 16-year-old skater Azar Warren seeks refuge with her estranged grandfather on his rural compound, only to suspect he may be more dangerous than her pursuers. Ashes blends graphic novel panels with interactive puzzles in a story of murder and unease. Have a gander below for more details on Ashes. Vampire Survivor's creators Poncle have announced that their follow-up, "Vampire Crawlers: The Turbo Wildcard from Vampire Survivors," is getting a demo in late February. The latest development team in a seemingly very long line, Moonshot Games have just confirmed that they have laid off employees in a move that will allow them to keep supporting Wildgate. The confirmation was made by Moonshot's parent company Dreamhaven when they released a statement to media outlet Game Developer. The number of people that this decision will affect is as yet unspecified as Moonshot Games, developers of Wildgate confirms layoffs. In what looks to be a contender for one of the greatest Racing games of all time, Forza Horizon 6 gameplay has now been fully revealed and detailed by Playground Games during Xbox's Developer_Direct showcase.
