Na de aanval van afgelopen nacht zijn 12 mensen gewond geraakt, tot nu toe 1 dode gemeld, een kind.

Ik heb geen stromend water in huis door de aanval, wel stroom. Ik hoor van anderen aan de rechter oever van de rivier hetzelfde.

Linker oever van de Dnipro zit zonder stroom.
