At least on paper, bypassing Congress means bypassing the people, us. Joe Biden is doing whatever he likes without regard to consensus, democracy, or representing the people.

I hope the world knows that the US Government is completely out of control, that we don’t have a say in anything they do; no votes on funding wars, and elections are fixed. The Supreme Court is corrupt, @POTUS is corrupt (anyone elected but especially Biden) Congress is defunct.
