Lmao, the Daily Mail being its usual negativity generating nonsense, making out as if a few tweets on X means the majority aren't looking forward to Gremlins 3.

In the real world my step father, brother, and 2 daughters (Gen X all way to Alpha) are very much excited.

Marching Powder movie super short review:

Doesn't reach same level as Football Factory or Human Traffic but still not bad at all.

Can see a lot of old friends relating to the movie rather than me, but reminds me that I dodged a bullet when I decided to put that sort of life behind me 15yrs ago

Dead of Winter movie super short review:

Goes round in circles alot, takes too long to get to the point. Frustrating choices also which are all too common for thrillers.

Enjoyable but hardly memorable.

Suspended/standby state on PS Vita is insane.

I left my Vita on standby mid playthrough playing Uncharted 8 days ago in the car on about 60%.

Just got it out today expecting flat batt but not only was it 50%, game was in suspended state so was able to carry on from literally where I paused it.

2 nights away at Hastings to entertain the kiddos. Turns out it's not half term till next week there so fun fair and lots of places closed lol.

Silver lining, attractions like sea life centre had no crowds and we often had entire place to ourselves, bar another family maybe. 🤙

Absolutely mental how much mental well-being can be improved with a bit of sun and warmth.

Not even 20+ degrees or t-shirt day needed. Just some damn UV on my face for 20 minutes.

Thank F**k it's Friday!

How about a little #FollowBackFriday to gain some like-minded followers (or not like minded but open to debate 😉)

Family movie night out in the garden, or will it just be too painfully cold even with log burner 🤔

Countryside walks and you bump into a guy taking out a virtual base 😂😂

This is my sort of Friday night. Small festival, on the beach with small contained fires to keep warm, cold beer and wine for wife, different music depending on which beach hut you sit in front of, kids excited waiting for the fireworks 🎆🌊🔥🍻🫶

Tragic greatness or great tragedy?

Enough time to climb up a lamp post to fly a flag, but not enough time to pick up the bear discarded there weeks ago.

About time Starmer did so.

You can't have a working class deputy PM resign over tax negligence, but let off an upper class Epstein best buddy stay on.
Foreign Office letter:

"In light of the additional information in emails written by Peter Mandelson, the Prime Minister has asked the Foreign Secretary to withdraw him as Ambassador.”

Whoever shot Charlie Kirk, if intentional, just galvanised MAGA and will unite them again and undo recent cracks that appeared everywhere against Trump.

The guy did not deserve it. Whoever did it deserves the sentence given.

Robin Williams was a celebrity death I actually felt like I mourned almost like a family member. He was like a fun uncle for so many of us growing up. The fact that he was a gamer and named his daughter Zelda just made him that much more relatable for me.

I think I'll always miss him too.

For years, I've spent my many walking journeys to and from work with head in my phone, looking at news and topics that interest me, knowing full well it was making me blind to the world around me.

So now I've switched to reading a book instead whilst still being blind to the world around me.
