I think I may take a break from Bluesky and Tumblr for a little while. It honestly doesn't feel like they help much with engagement for my games and it's really starting to take a toll on me.
I get more engagement when I post about random stuff (like what game I'm playing or pictures about food)

I finished Pokemon Legends ZA! Only missing the post game.
It was pretty fun. I think I liked Legends Arceus better, but it was still enjoyable.
I like how much personality the city has and some interactions between characters were great.
The ending was unexpectedly sad but also heartwarming.

I must sound like a broken record right now but it truly means a lot when I get comments saying they're excited for my games.
Makes me feel like people actually care about my stories and want more.

It's been 4 months now.
My queer horror game I worked on for 3 years was deindexed on itchio.

I sometimes see people say that if your characters curse a lot that's "bad writing/unrealistic".
Maybe not everyone curses but MANY do. Sometimes it's an inherent character trait and/or makes for funny dialogue.
I dunno, I find it really cathartic to write characters with potty mouths 😂😂😂

I'm really enjoying Legends ZA but I have 2 major complaints:
- The weather system SUCKS. It's insane that it's so hard to make it rain.
- Why the hell can you die from pokemon attacking you IN A TRAINER BATTLE?? I understand it when it's a rogue mega or wild encounters. But trainer battles??
