This was the first ever Nick “Best Of” , released in 1985 , and it was the first I’d ever heard of him . I took a chance based on a review somewhere and was rewarded greatly ….
Cassette first , it was cheaper , then CD upgrade .

Cup of tea and a free afternoon , time to revisit this mighty tome . I noticed a new version in the shops yesterday but this , from circa 2021 , is definitive , no need to upgrade ….

There are myriad Talk Talk compilations on the market but I find these two hard to separate , both have class oozing out of them . 1990 and 97 respectively though the 97 one got a recent upgrade and vinyl reissue . Solid gold !

Last tunes of the weekend . I am revisiting this old favourite , IMO a lost classic which is thankfully being given a reissue very soon , CD with 6 bonus tracks and first time ever on vinyl .
