Interesting and frustrating thread about a larger problem our whole soldiery is currently facing. I don’t think there’s one specific cause or solution, but getting rid of billionaire-influenced ai-shilling at all levels would certainly be a start.
An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.

Just so it's clear. It's not allowing AI because it's trying to create a clean dataset for training AI. It's not because any of the involved parties actually care about human created art.

LRP call me old but being reachable by my employers at any time of day because I have a mobile phone only ever caused me grief. Especially when attempting to have boundaries and not answering at any hour is seen as a failing or not being "motivated to work."

I am restarting my NDRI today and I am very excited about the prospect of feeling a full range of emotions again and not just Relentless Anger At All Times. Which is hard with (gestures vaguely) everything but it should help.

Elora put a lot of effort into learning to suppress her miqo instincts early on, like ear/tail movements. It was a survival tactic to hide her emotions, growing up in a hostile environment as one of the only miqos, and certainly the only fem miqo.
