Last night in Lisbon. Spent the evening on a date night with my boyfriend. We went for sushi at the place he hung out at as a teen, them wandered his old neighborhood and talking for hours as he showed me his old haunts.

After months of silence, I return triumphant. My marriage of 10 years had been dead for six, and I finally got tired of being ignored and unloved.

A $500 police scanner! It's missing a few accessories, but a power supply and a decent long-range antenna isn't more than $30 used. Free, if I ask my HAM radio loving dad.
Not bad for $4.

I found a two foot tall poseable plush T-rex at the thrift store, and now I want to find matching Utahraptor and Dromiceiomimus plushes to reenact Ryan North's Dinosaur Comics with. Something tells me they won't cost $3 too, though.

Also, turns out getting three helix piercings in one go hurts like a motherfucker. Live and learn.
It was less painful than the industrial, but way worse than the gauges.
Good thing I don't put a mask on and off like 1000 times a day in my job or something, or the next three months would suck.
