Good. The immigrants trying to follow the law were being punished. It was terrible. Especially since the slow broken system had a bill to improve the slowness and it was rejected by Republicans.

A judge in Chicago just flipped the script completely.

If ICE agents are caught trying to arrest someone at or around a courthouse, they can now be arrested themselves.

Cook County’s top judge made it illegal for ICE to detain anyone inside or even near a courthouse.
