So, if you're a tab hoarder like me and feeling the Firefox slowdown, this might be the solution for you too.

Not an ad, just a genuine tip from one power user to another. Check out Brave browser.

The verdict after one week of heavy use: It's really a game-changer.

I have dozens of tabs open right now, and Brave is just as snappy and responsive as it was on day one. No lag. It just works!

All ads blockers are built-in by default. So no annoying ads either.
I went down the rabbit hole of forums and tech threads looking for a fix. One name kept popping up: Brave browser. 🦁

I was skeptical, but the constant force-quitting made me desperate enough to try anything. So I installed it.
The issue: After 2-3 days with lots of tabs open, my Firefox would grind to a halt. 🐌

Pages would stop loading (just an endless spinner 🔄), and even unloading tabs didn't help. The only fix was a force-quit. This happened over and over. 🤯
It's Saturday, so no work talk. Instead, I'm sharing a personal tech fix. Useful for you if you are a Firefox user.

Have you noticed it getting painfully slow lately? I was a loyal user for many years, but recently hit a breaking point.

Here's the problem I faced and the solution that worked. 🧵👇
In short: Guide them, don't gate them.

A great user experience will always outperform an aggressive interruption. Let the quality of your site do the convincing for you.

3. Make the Experience Effortless

A slow, clunky website is just as disrespectful as an instant pop-up. Both signal that you don't value the visitor's time.

Ensure your site is fast and flawless, especially on a phone. A smooth experience is the ultimate trust signal.
2. Earn the Right to Reconnect

You want their email, but you have to give value first.

Place your newsletter sign-up and social links in natural, non-intrusive spots: the footer, the sidebar, or at the end of a helpful article. When they've received value, ask for their email.
1. Guide Their Journey, Don't Block It

That pop-up is a dead end, they will click away. The alternative is a site filled with open doors.

Use clear navigation and link every piece of content to another relevant one. Showcase your most popular products in the sidebar.
Do you have an online store with a "Sign up and save!" pop-up that jumps in your face before you can even see the products?

Get rid of it. ASAP.

Here's why: 🧵 👇
That feeling when your small business finally shows up in Google's AI Overviews for the first time. 🙂
TL;DR: The SEO basics still matter, but for AI, it's a game of structure and clarity.

Make your content easy for a robot to chop up, understand, and quote.

This article is from Microsoft, so it's their take. But the advice is solid for all platforms.

4️⃣ Avoid these common mistakes:
- Hiding key info in expandable "click-to-see-more" tabs.
- Putting your most important details only in images or PDFs.
- Using complex punctuation or symbols (→ ★★★) that can confuse AI.
3️⃣ Make your content "snippable."

AI loves to lift short, self-contained sentences or paragraphs directly into its answers.

Aim to answer a specific question in 1-2 clear sentences. This makes your content easy for AI to grab and feature.
2️⃣ Clarity beats cleverness.
AI needs concrete facts.
Instead of: "Our cutting-edge, eco-friendly dishwasher."

Write: "Our dishwasher operates at 42 dB and is Energy Star certified."
Be specific!
1️⃣ Structure is everything.
AI doesn't read; it parses (chops up) your content.
-Use clear headings (H1, H2, H3) to create "chapters."
-Break up long text with bullet points & numbered lists.
-Use Q&A formats for direct answers.
Found this in a weird place... the Microsoft Ads blog of all places.. 🤔

But if you're a business owner who tinkers with your own SEO, this is a goldmine.

It's a clear guide on how to get your content included in AI Search Answers (like from Copilot or Google's AI). 🧵👇
Whether you choose to believe their numbers and implement it is up to you. 🤔

In case you missed it... Google has recently announced a "Store Widget" that claims to boost e-commerce sales by up to 8% by adding 'trust signals' to your site.

The data is from Google, naturally.👇
The takeaway: Don't let anyone tell you your social efforts are wasted.

It's not about gaming a "social signal." It's about earning visibility, authority, and real human engagement - things Google absolutely cares about.

And this isn't just a theory anymore.

Remember the 2024 Google leak? 🤫 It confirmed just how much user engagement matters.

What's one of the best ways to drive that high-quality, engaged traffic to your site? A good social media campaign.
3️⃣ It Drives Real Engagement 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Social media brings interested people to your website.

When they click, read, and stay awhile, they're sending positive signals to Google that your content is valuable. Google notices and rewards sites that satisfy users.
2️⃣ It Builds Brand Authority 👑

A strong social presence builds trust. Soon, customers start searching for you by name on Google.

This "branded search" is a massive signal to Google that you're a legitimate and respected leader in your field.
