Added a rent number field and some custom requirements for shops, like only moving into the mall if the rent is less than X.

It's the small things, but I love the feature in @jetbrains.com IDE's that notices hex color strings in code and it shows that indicator on the side. And by clicking it it has a handy color picker too!
