THIS is what AI can't replace. A show we might have fond memories of was part of the creators' life story as well. There is emotional resonance in human creation. Through it, artists reach out to say, "This is how I feel. This is what I want you to understand." And we, in conversation, feel back.

When I was a kid, I didn't need AI to make comics for me. I had those cool pencil sets you only actually used one of, and a sketchpad, and some Wizard Basic Training articles about titties and bouncy hair.

Finished The Gospel of Carol by @longtalljodie.com and utterly enjoyed it. Rambunctious,irreverent, iconoclastic, feminist, and told with both snark and heart. As much as it lampoons the characters and storylines, it genuinely cares for them, too. Some genuine bittersweet moments for me.
