UK Gov could reduce killed and serious injuries on UK roads by 30,000 over the next decade. It just needs to facilitate the same initiative that already exists in one half of the UK for the other half. And its a key component of the Road Safety Strategy it has just announced.

I seriously hope authorities and government sort this out before we raise another generation of people who believe stuff like road tax paying for roads.
