I remember seeing somewhere that reselling or donating can be good, but at the same time it's just going to end up in a landfill eventually. I'm just prolonging it, and turning my own space into a landfill instead if I'm not using the items. That kinda stuck with me... Still easier said than done!

All my fellow ADHDers are familiar with the DOOM box/pile, yeah?

I have been working really hard the past couple days at chipping down a huge box. Throwing things away/donating always feels hard, especially with shame associated that I spent $$ to buy some of this stuff. But it has to go.
