The world is a complex place. But some things are simple. If The New York Times thinks that there is enough evidence in the public domain to obliquely suggest that Tulsi Gabbard is a Russian asset in a front page article, what is different about Donald Trump?

There is *more* evidence about Trump.

Let me explain what is going on here.

The files on the USDOJ website are from multiple sources. Some are from COURTS. Others are from EVERYTHING ELSE THAT IS NOT COURTS.

The file pictured below was filed in COURT years ago. The redaction failure was done by lawyers in that court case—not USDOJ.
Ok. Now had a chance to check and, well, at least some docs do appear to be straight up classic redaction fail. And there are some *interesting* bits here.

In this example from a particularly convoluted case (the subject of my BROKEN podcast, check it out), 3 docket entries is much easier to understand relative to 20 just on this screen alone!

Plus, PlainSite Pro now supports automatic (where possible, or manual where not) threading of docket entries and implied attachments to can help users understand what's going on especially in state courts that just dump hundreds of entries in a timeline with no support for real attachments.

Fun with litigation subway maps!

Before, the case was spread out across four dockets that seemed impossible to clearly link together since the procedure is so complex. But this does a decent job of conveying what's been going on.
