I find that drawing repetitive patterns helps my AuDHD brain to get into the flow state, which in turn helps me to deal with chronic pain. I have a spinal injury, Endo, Arthritis, EDS and Fibromyalgia, so I've had to develop ways to cope with the daily struggle. Can you relate?
