The neighborhood is getting donations together & we're going to help him however we can. Meal trains, helping with his other child, tending to his yard, whatever. I'm devastated.

After recently finding out that one of my high school classmates is my neighbor & lives in my cul-de-sac, I found out today his 7-month pregnant wife had to deliver their baby prematurely because they discovered she has stage 4 lung cancer & she's very sick :(

Adding my voice to the chorus: the Sumud flotilla never entered Israeli waters. that is a lie. The Gazan coast is Palestinian territory (not even spiritually, like actually in international law) so the Sumud flotilla has not violated Israeli sovereignty. The Israelis intercepting them however…

IMO, unless you want a Jurassic Park version of Alien that ignores the existing timeline & somehow makes the xenomorph one of the less threatening beings in the show.. I personally wouldn't 😭
