I love journaling. Makes me feel such relief and lightness in my chest from getting junk I don't need out of my head.
The scary part of it is reliving the negative feelings you want to unload while you write.
It's worth it though, for reals.

From time to time, I thought about what the first mainstream Korean representation would be in animated movies. Would it be another Disney princess, maybe set in the Joseon Dynasty? No, we got freaking K-pop Demon Hunters. It was way better than I could've imagined holy crap. Go watch it now!

At the start of April, I was hit with the shingles. It sucked, but I treated it quickly enough to where I'm recovering nicely. I think my body is telling me I'm stressing out too damn much for my own good. Nothing is worth stressing out over to the point of sickness. Got that, me??
