I do not own the copyright to the document. I was sent the physical pages in 1994 and I scanned it for my use. Even the video I'm not 100% comfortable with, but I believe my use in that instance is transformative, which eases my concerns.

I absolutely love to write tables, especially rumors and encounter hooks. It's fun to place tiny bread crumbs here and there to interconnect everything. My favorite type of RPG writing isn't rules or big, world-shaking stuff. It's the little things that can inspire a GM without tying their hands.
