The Command Panel, inspired by player feedback, allows for 4 tabs of 25 actions to be set. A method to clear up space on hotbars and your HUD for actions that you use occasionally. Yoshida will demonstrate m/kb then gamepad. Opacity can be adjusted.

Fuck the rest of the patch this is the biggest change.
Deep Dungeon will be updated where if you are disconnected while soloing, or if the entire party is dc'd you can resume your progress if you log back in within 10 minutes.

The team is relaxing a long-held policy of certain types of gear glamour only being equip-able by certain roles. "Use any gear in your glamour, irrespective of class, job or level restriction." However, weapons/tools are exempt due to animations.
