Someone once got the better of this man in an argument by using evidence, and he's never letting that happen again.

RFK Jr: We need to stop trusting the experts... Trusting the experts is not a feature of science or democracy, it's a feature of religion and totalitarianism.

And b/c more kids are suffering. And families are still being gaslit or told their child’s heart/cognitive problems, fatigue, skin conditions, lung issues, frequent infections etc are b/c of other causes or are mysteries. #Covid19

It's nuts. A win of less than 1% gives total power. Canadians need to rise up in numbers or we're stuck forever because no gov't has enough of a conscience to allow PR.

Newfoundland and Labrador’s election shows the problem again. A party can win a majority of seats without majority support.

Proportional representation would make every vote count equally and ensure real majority rule.
Two pie charts compare votes and seats in Newfoundland and Labrador’s election. The left chart shows the popular vote: PCs 44.5%, Liberals 43.7%, NDP 8.4%, Independents 3.9%. The right chart shows seat share: PCs 52.5%, Liberals 37.5%, NDP 5%, Independents 5%. The graphic highlights how first past the post gave the PCs a majority of seats despite not having majority voter support, with a message calling for proportional representation.

This must rank as one of the more hilarious headlines I have seen in a long time.
Nothing like the political media in Ottawa for continually missing the moment as we watch democracy and the rule of law disintegrate on our unguarded border.

The Canadian gov't began an AI ministry and has asked us how best to insinuate AI into every aspect of gov't. Not if it's useful. How to expand its use. The clueless minister can't give in fast enough.
