Something I LOVE about the #AEW C2 is that it scratches that NJPW G1 itch for me while not being impossible to keep up with. I’ve tried so many times to watch an entire G1 only to get too far behind. C2 is manageable, and is quickly establishing itself as being an important time of year.

This isn't a criticism as much as an observation:
I love that the #AEW C2 doesn't allow interference. LOVE IT. If I remember correctly, if someone interferes, they're fired, right?
So, in kayfabe, why isn't that just a normal rule applied year round to every match?

This, and not every loss SHOULD be spoonfed. The idea that losses can only happen after (x) months or at certain shows that are big enough has killed intrigue throughout the year. We need shorter reigns and surprise wins. This is different from hotshotting.
One thing I’ve realized about aew it’s really showing that champs can lose at any time, Toni lost pretty unexpectedly to a seatbelt pin, and hangman just lost…not every title loss will be spoon fed to the audience like Moxley’s last one

I promise you I am not trying to make A Statement. Hangman's "short" world title reigns have been 197 and 133 days.
Stone Cold's world title reigns were 91, 90, 56, 55, 175, and 62 days. Rock's were 44, 2, 41, 21, 119, 35, 63, 34, 35, 70. Rock's *second longest* reign was the one in 2013!
