I’m sorry to be that guy again but one of the possibilities one ought to have considered from the outset is that the guy was just a total incompetent shooting indiscriminately at people in a van.
This is the fishiest shit I've ever seen. We're supposed to believe the shooter wrote "Anti-ICE" in pen on a bullet and then shot detainees but not ICE officers?
