In the dead of night the government just signed away Irelands right to challenge corporations! Now the right to profit is the sole privilege of massive multinational companies and vulture funds who can drag the government to court if they harm their profits. For context, it’s easier for us to leave

Scandalously at 1am, the government has just pushed through a law with far reaching ramifications.

It allows them to sign up to a parallel court process only accessible by corporations. There they can sue Ireland if we do anything to interfere with their "right" to profit.
