Spinach and ricotta cannelloni with roasted red pepper and zucchini topped with fresh parm and basil. Cheese is getting a teeny bit expensive, but I still buy the Tre Stelle for dishes like this.

Apparently, as a male, once you hit the big 5-0 you fall into a certain ad demographic? Am I supposed to click on the 'dating' site ad first, then the Viagra, and the Aleve last?

We're going to a potluck in a couple weeks, so I decided to try something a bit fancy. I need to work on my braiding skills, and I think I let it overproof... but not bad for a first attempt. Of course, I won't know until I can slice it and shove it in my face. 😁 #winnipeg #bread #baking #challah

For the past year, everything else in life has taken priority in my life. That includes self care, hobbies, etc. But I think things are calmed down, and I am determined to restart portrait and fashion photography in the New Year. From a late 2024 shoot with Amanda.

I’m rather happy with myself. I literally spent the entire afternoon making this, and it turned out so good!
Homemade Lavash flatbreads, garlic Tahini sauce (also from scratch), and homemade Falafel all rolled into a sandwich with parsley, mint and onions!
